Thank you very much for your prompt reply -- since this is my first ever order from discover, I'm very happy to receive a reply so quickly, with some companies emails disappear into a black hole, never to be answered. Before I forget -- is it possible to find out if the Outdoor Revolution StarCamper 3 tent is likely to ship before the weekend? The reason I ask is that I purchased this tent for use from next Friday (the 15th), so if for any reason it's not going to ship by then, then I'll need to change my order immediately.

last week i was hunting for a tent at the last moment before i went camping. i found your website and it had he tent i was looking for. i phoned the number on your website to see if the closest store to me had the tent in stock. when you got back to me i was told that it wasnt and there was only one and that was up north somewhere. i explained my situation to the lady on the phone, who i only know as sally. sally was really help full. she promised me that she could get the tent to me next day and had even phone the store to see if the courier had left yet as the dead line had already gone. i received the tent the next day which i didnt think was going to happen. thank you very much, sally was very help full to me.

as you proberly know the weekend was a washout but we went any way. the tent stood up to the north atlantic and all that was thrown at it. if i hadnt had the tent i would of had to take and old one and it would have been broken up by the weather. ruining the whole thing.

I would like this email to be forwarded to a member of your management as I would like a member of your telesales team be congratulated for being so helpful.

We were in Woolacombe last week and experienced 16 hours of torrential rain overnight/next day. Subsequently our old tent gave up and leaked like a sieve, with two very young children I had to get something sorted out and quickly.

I managed to find you via telephone internet and contacted yourselves and spoke to Keighley, who I have to say is a credit to your company. She was extremely helpful empathetic and nothing seemed too much of a problem. She arranged to have the tent couriered down to our campsite and even when I rang to ask who the courier was so I could check delivery time Keighley contacted the courier and rang me back.

We are delighted with the tent and the rest of the holiday was successful, had it not been for the efficiency and helpfulness of Keighley we would have quite possibly been forced to either move into a caravan or go to a hotel.

I have personally this morning contacted Keighley to thank her for her assistance but would also like to bring to your attention how pleased I am with the way she dealt with me.

Good afternoon

I would like to take the time to commend the service we received from Michelle at the call centre and the service she provided.

My husband & I ordered a Harrigton Awning & flooring from you and asked to collect them from your Hewish store as this is the most convenient to us (40miles there & back) I was told that everything would be there for collection.

When we went to pick up the items (10th May) the poles were not with the items & were told by the manager (Ian) that they take several extra days to come.

I subsequently phoned the call centre & spoke to Michelle who was extremely helpful & promised that we would receive them before the 16th by special courier & no fee, she lived up to her promise and I must praise her, she even phoned to ensure that we had received everything.

I would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks.
