A caravan or motorhome is probably one of the biggest investments you will make. We're keen for you to look after that investment which is why we recommend that you service your caravan, motorhome or holiday home annually. What are the benefits of servicing through Discover?

We have two dedicated PDI centres, we have a huge wealth of experience within the group and we can move parts around the group, so if I have run out of a bulb for example I can call Delamere, Warrington or Tarvin to see if they have the part in stock, rather than ordering it. We also have meetings where we can share best practise, share our bank of skills and even borrow technicians if one of us is short staffed for example to make sure that all our jobs get done on time. We are all NCC Approved workshops which basically means we have to do things to a certain standard which is important for a customer’s peace of mind but also a manufacturer’s warranty is only valid if it is serviced by an NCC Approved workshop. We have written documentation and quality control checks that we have to adhere to at all times We also have really close relationships with manufacturers and suppliers so we are always on top of and up to date with anything new that hits the market. Oh and because there are 15 sites, you can take it to be serviced at any site, so it could be the branch you bought your vehicle from, the nearest one to your home, or do it while you are on holiday!

Tyron Bands, are an absolute must. They cost £129 including fitting for one axle, i.e. £129 for two tyres and £258 for a twin, but could save your life. I know that sounds a bit dramatic, but it’s true. It's a band that goes 'round the circumference of the wheels to stop the tyre coming off the wheel rim if the tyre gets a puncture or a blow out, meaning that you won't just be driving on the metal rim which is really dangerous and instead the tyre will stay in place. For us it's an absolute essential item to give you peace of mind on the roads.
