Delivery

Your order can be delivered directly to your home, your workplace or your neighbour, whichever is most convenient for you - just let us know your preference when placing your order. Our courier delivers 5 days a week Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm

Delivery Charges

Insured standard delivery to the United Kingdom is charged at £4.95 per consignment. Certain larger items like awnings are subject to a £9.99 delivery charge - this is highlighted on the product details pages where this charge applies, as well as in the shopping basket. We can offer an express next day delivery service for a little extra, please call us on 0845 1200 173 for more details. It is free standard delivery on orders over £70 with exception to awnings. If your order is over £70 but has an awning on it you will be charged £9.99 as this is classed as heavy goods. Please note we can only deliver to addresses in the UK and BFPO. There will be an extra delivery charge to addresses within the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, one of our agents will contact you to advise of the cost

Delivery times

In most cases you will receive your goods within 10 working days of receipt of your order, as we stock the majority of products listed on our website in our stores. Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 8am - 6pm. We'll do our best to get your items to you within the times above but it can depend on where you live and what's in stock. On the rare occasions that we are unable to deliver your order we will advise you within the first 14 days of you placing your order. If you need your item urgently please call us on 0845 1200 173 as we can offer an express delivery service for a small charge.

Liability

Please note that Discover Leisure shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused by delay in delivery of goods which are beyond our reasonable control. If a product is damaged in any way please contact us within 7 working days and we will work with you to resolve any issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to return any incorrectly ordered or unsuitable goods at their own expense. We allow 14 days for the return of these items, however the item must be in it’s original packaging and in an unused and resalable condition before we will issue a refund. If the items are found to be soiled or used, we will not reimburse you for the item. All goods must be returned to our address at: Discover Delamere, Online Returns Department, Chester Lane, Oakmere, Northwich, Cheshire, CW8 2HB We can arrange this for you via our courier if you prefer, please call us on 0845 1200 173 for details of charges for the collection service.

Returns, damaged or faulty goods

Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. If you inform us within 7 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will normally replace them. Please call us on 0845 1200 173 so that we can arrange the most cost effective method of returning the product to us. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. Occasionally if product specifications change or we have insufficient stock to meet your order we may supply and deliver a substitute product or refund any amount paid for such goods. We will always contact the customer in any instance of this issue.
